Welcome to Benny Online

Benny

I’m Benny, a Research Scientist. Benny Online is where I keep the parts of learning that deserve to remain findable: methods I want to reuse, papers I want to remember, computational workflows I want to trust, and questions that are still unresolved.

This is not a polished record of only finished work. It is a working knowledge archive.

What belongs here

  • Research methods — experimental judgment, reproducibility, and evidence.
  • Scientific computing — calculations, remote machines, analysis, and automation.
  • Papers and ideas — reading notes, useful arguments, and connections.
  • Tools and workflows — practical systems that make research easier to inspect.

A note-taking rule

Every durable note should preserve four things:

  1. The question.
  2. The evidence.
  3. The assumptions.
  4. The next action.

If a note cannot help a future decision, it probably does not need to be permanent.
